If you are looking for a position in the Food Service industry, you've come to the right place! Ukrop's is currently seeking knowledgeable people interested in a food service career in our Deli, Kitchen/Grill, and Bakery departments.

Position Responsibilities:

Customers expect prompt customer service, smiling faces, and fresh product at Ukrop's. Our valuable Food Service Associates provide this superior service. These associates are responsible for providing product information, assisting customers with selections, and serving Ukrop's products with speed and accuracy. They also stock supplies and orders, clean department facilities, maintain up to date knowledge of store and company products, policies, and procedures, and departmental codes.

PREPARED FOODS CLERKS in our DELI department are responsible for slicing and wrapping lunchmeats and chesses, preparing special orders and party trays, and maintaining up to date knowledge of store and company products, procedures, and policies.

PREPARED FOODS CLERKS in our KITCHEN, GRILL, and HOT FOODS department are responsible for preparing and serving Ukrop's fried chicken, pizza, grill items, hot and chilled items, special orders, and party trays.

PREPARED FOODS CLERKS in our BAKERY department stock and sell cakes, pies, rolls, muffins breads and other baked goods as well as bake breads and ice and decorate cakes. They are responsible for providing superior customer service and maintaining thorough product knowledge in the Bakery area.

These associates work with equipment like slicers, fryers, ovens, and knives and must be able to stand for a minimum of 5 hours and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
